Hey, the Pats are waaaay over-rated, they had the easiest schedule in the NFL this year, they faced a lot of lousy QB's, and still won close games.

I think this thing is a Steeler blow-out, win by at least 3 touchdowns.

The only reason the Pats are still in it is because they got the Texans in the playoffs, the only team in the playoffs they are capable of beating.

Now, the Super Bowl is another story. We can beat the Packers, but the Falcons will destroy anybody in the super bowl.

I am still not sold on the Falcons. They are very talented but there is a lot of pressure on Ryan to shake the 'choker' label.

Your probably right about all that. With the Patriots however it seems alot of our problems are psychological when we play them for some reason. They have our number. Hopefully Ben & Co. can reverse that trend today!

It seems like a lot of teams and players have psychological issues with the Pats. They've been a very good team in recent years, no debate about that, but if I had a nickel for every unforced mistake I've seen their opponents make... To me the key tomorrow is to avoid errors. Everyone just do your job confidently and competently and all will be well.

I think Real steel showing up so late is a sign that we won't win this one until the final minute.

I think the pats are more scared of the steelers than they are of them, AB said he is going to put on a show today for Mr Dan Rooney and bell said this team is ready to roll, the pats know they are going to get a physical ass whoopen today, the pats know this is the best team they didnt want to meet in the playoffs.....

As mentioned many other times I know, I've seen all the Steelers teams starting in 72. I just don't have a Super Bowl vibe about this particular team- this season. Maybe it was the shock of the Philly loss or blowing the Dallas game, or that they should have won by 17 points last week.

I do think that if they keep it together they will be the 14-2 team in this game next year. I am concerned that maybe Ben is heading down the other side of the mountain.

So, sorry, I lack confidence this time out. Which has been rare, and justifiably rare, in the 40+ years of joyfully rooting for this team.

    Prove me wrong today.

I don't disagree with any of that.

But the Steelers haven't exactly played good, crisp football. Had Alex Smith made some better reads, the Steelers would have lost in KC. They didn't beat the Chiefs; the Chiefs beat themselves.

The Patriots will NOT beat themselves.

I give the Steelers a shot if they don't turn the ball over. But everyone knows that Ben will throw a bad pick at some point in this game.

Jimmy, I get what you're saying, but what does give me a championship vibe about this team is the resolve to do what they need to do to win. Every week since the Dallas debacle. 9 in a row after it looked like the season was coming apart. It's not always pretty, but it consistently happens even though we usually haven't been at our best. I think we will be at our best today - including Ben. Last week was our road clunker, and we survived.

I just want to say good teams find ways to win. This team is doing enough to win, blowing teams apart is just icing but not necessary
