I tried using plank time for a while but had to give it up when it took me 3 days to tell my wife when I would be home. I always liked the sounds of femtoseconds best but since i'm in software, not hardware, I live in the world of milliseconds.

 

Yeah that's a dilemma for sure. I really like to use an abacus for a calculator but sadly they just don't make them very portable these days and you instead have to use those really complicated ones where you have to just push buttons.
