For what it is worth, James Washington said he looked good after the fact. I would assume it is precautionary if that is the case.

thank you sir. I was very worried about Juju not playing. I know he still could miss but I am hopeful. Without him the offense is not near the same.

If this is true, then "Next Man Up" has to be more than just clever media-speak by the cliche master this week. AB, Washington, Rogers, VM & JJ need to find ways to get open. The run game isn't gonna win this one for us.

Go with a simple rule. Don't ever take anything Madden says seriously. It is always about getting a reaction. it is never about responsible reporting.

That said, after suffering an injury in practice Thursday and not doing much Friday, it's a good bet he won't play and that is a serious problem. Y'all can talk next man up all you want, but the one matchup that was really in the Steelers' favor was their receivers against the Saints' secondary and that is no longer the case if Smith-Schuster can't play.

 

I wouldnt take anything Mark Madden says too seriously. That being said, it is starting to seem like there is little chance JuJu plays.

JuJu is a tough guy. I would expect him to play. If not we are going to need AB to have one of magnificent AB games, that we have witnessed in past history. But, if JuJu is a no go, Ben is a guy who can spread that ball around and has been known to many times.

Saints defense is quite odd, the best in the NFL at stopping the run, one of the worst at stopping the pass.

I think a lot of that is, how they play football especially at home by turning them into a track meet.

I love JuJu but these guys really need to stay off social media when it comes to gameday specifics. Now if he doesn’t play he looks foolish.
