I don't see people acting like Le'Veon not just because he acted like a jerk. Players are not going to act like that as stunts like his greatly affect performance. Very counter productive.

It is bad enough that Professional Football is arguably the most difficult team based sport to play in the world. To sit out for an extended period of time the way he did only causes detrimental effects for both player and team. Doubt players are going to pull a Le'Veon Bell any time soon.

I think the Steelers find a way to keep him if he has a decent year.

We won't sign him. He'll catch passes from Dak for a decade and in his retirement speech say he was "born to be a Cowboy."

He's gone, too many free agents next year, unless they decide to tag him.

He could go to New England, I think they have a lot of cap space next year.

I agree with you, I hope he does stay grounded. It was also smart of him to state this as it would eliminate any distractions during the season. It probably helps that someone like Eric Ebron comes in and says this is the best environment he has been in. Then have someone like Mike Wallace, who had his swagger in his early days, come out and confirm it is like football heaven. That should be a major boost to anyone contemplating leaving Pittsburgh, let alone entice others to want to come to Pittsburgh. A few years back, Mike Wallace let it be known he wanted to return to Pittsburgh before he eventually signed with the Eagles.

Actually I was looking for the GDT when we beat the Patriots and saw this. It made me think of the thread about JuJu being gone after this season.

Nice find, to be pared with the thread this being JuJu's last season. Ben is going to have lots of options. I just hope Fichtner stays away from the bubble screens when ten men are in the box.

Hopefully he stays a Steeler as long as his production dictates he stays a Steeler. The Steelers have also not been shy about moving a popular player on to his next stop.
