Remember that time JuJu went for 97 yards against the Lions? I remember that. That was awesome!

I'm old enough to remember Jack Lambert and I'll say this unequivocally. Lambert never tried to intentionally end another player's career by taking their knees out. Burfict seems to do this on a regular basis. Did Lambert try to hurt you. Heck yeah! He wanted to put you out for the game, not end your career.

Lambert also played in a different era where hard played football was the norm.
There’s no era where what Burfict does is acceptable.
I’m just surprised the NFL has allowed him to have as many chances as he has had.

This is a good point. We've seen multiple videos of Burfict diving at the knees of opposing players. We've seen him twisting the leg of an opponent after a play was over. We've seen him kick opponents. It isn't just the late hits or the high hits, which can be written off as bad technique. It is intentional and repeated attempts to injure other players.

I’m not even sure how a Bengals fan can justify him.

I'm not sure how they justify being Bengals fans.

He would have been a good Raider in the 70s. They used to do that crap all the time. Go back and look at some of the footage at the lengths they went to to try take Swann's knees out or to seriously injure his head and neck. Pathetic, just like Burfict!

Burfict is a dirtbag who has many cheap shots to his credit (not just the hit on bell) but is valuable to the bengals when he can stay on the field without being suspended for something stupid.Him and Suh for the rams are in similar categories (Suh being the much better player at a different position) in that they are valuable to their teams but ruin their reputation as good defensive players with their after the play is over dirty antics!I would not want either of those players on the Steelers ( no matter how much they helped our defense) with their dirtbag style of play.
