Flores had a winning record his last two seasons in Miami, they didn't make the playoffs though.

Brady and Bellichick are considered to be the best ever at the respective positions. Merely being associated with them will get people hired.

Unless you're one of those people that believes coordinators like Daniel Hackett are responsible for the success of QBs like Aaron Rodgers? Denver is finding out the hard way that's not the case.
