    As good an OC as he was for the Patriots his track record reads of failure failure failure. He tries to run his teams like BB but he isn't as anal as his mentor and hasn't realized he can't get rid of everyone and expect to win and keep his job.

    Good point. What offense does he even run? The whole 'New England' offense was catered to Brady for 20 years. Does it even work without Brady?

    Brady made a lot of people a lot of money that they may have not deserved.

    He is a failure as a head coach, not an OC. Those are very different jobs.
