    Definitely wouldn't have challenged that!!!!

The same same people proclaiming bigk is our savior would have fkn blown their top on MT with a failed challenge

Johnson wouldn't be the best receiver we have let go, I would love to use his $18 million on a free agent. And he should definitely be benched for atleast a half next game.

Isn't he a free agent next season?

Hate to say it again but last off-season I begged for WRs in the draft and was told I was wrong 1000s times.
We need to draft one in the first two rounds and sign a good FA this off-season.

I’ll admit, it has crossed my mind in the past, but when push comes to shove, no! I’m just not made that way and I know nothing good would come of it, only bad.

Get upset, ok, but be a man and do your job. Rise above!

I would be surprised if he does anything, which is sad actually, he will downplay it if they ask. "Remember, It's just a pebble in his shoe!".

Only the people who are constantly searching for an excuse to rip into Tomlin would have done that. Challenging it would have been the right call.

I would assume that I wouldn’t have to be asked if I was a football player, it would be instant reaction, you wouldn’t think a football player would whine and pout about a previous play.

Which draft pick should they have passed on to take a receiver? They needed help on the offensive line and Jones is providing it. The same is true of Porter at cornerback and Benton at defensive tackle. Those three are already good and they look like they will be core players for a long time. Maybe they could have taken one over Washington, but I know some people here would lose their minds over that notion. Herbig is a stud whose primary issue is that he has great players ahead of him. I don't think any receiver taken in the seventh round was going to make that big of an impact as a rookie.

I could see the argument for a long-term need at the position, but they had higher priorities.

Plenty of players will whine about it, including some damn good ones, but they have the sense to not take the following play off.

True. There are plenty that way towards Tomlin.
Tomlin did say that he didn't have a good view because people were in front of his vision on the play and also they didn't get to replay it on the big screen and the coaches in the booth didn't really have time to get different views of the play quick enough

If DJ just holds onto the ball then all that is a moot point. I wouldn’t have challenged that.

According to Tomlin he nor the coaches upstairs were able to see a replay in time. They didn't even show it on TV until long after the play was over. So I actually understand him not challenging it.

    Exactly. AMEN.
DJ was probably already planning his celebration when the ball hit his hands.

You know dangon well the refs were trying to set up the Steelers to challenge that call to cost the team a Timeout when they said "the call on the field stands"
I'm surprised the NFL hasn't tried to FINE WARREN for his fumble yet. YET.

What are the Defensive coaches doing in the Booth that they don't have time to watch the game? DJ knew is was a TD, Kenny knew it was a TD, and I sitting at home knew it was a TD, because it was in the endzone. The play is dead after you establish possession in the endzone. Once you are in the Endzone you can't fumble the ball.

I remember back in 2019 when Tomlin had not won a challenge in 2 years, he decided to give the job over to Austin. I don't know if Austin's Replay Job was ever filled when he became DC.
