    I don't care if the doorman told him that black people aren't allowed, Porter cannot be fighting guys in the street. Complain to the owner. Complain to the media. File a lawsuit. Do anything but fight a guy in the middle of the street. So stupid

    Porter did have a house in foreclosure and was arrested for bouncing a check to a casino back in 2012. All the more reason for him to be careful with his actions.

    So... fines then?

    Forgive me TTF but I am not well versed in the US judicial system; much less Pennsylvania.

    Oh....

    Then it is reminiscent of when people thought Ben sexually assaulted someone then..

    reminiscent in the fact that the majority of the NFL, namely Bengals fans, will deny any sort of fact checking. :lolol:

    The bar is responsible for the public intox. He wanted to go in. It's legal to be intoxicated in a bar. They are the ones that made him public.

    With the assault never taking place, I would expect him to. Wonder if the Rooneys are a little sorry for not standing by him until all the facts were out. I was actually surprised with how fast they put him on leave.

    This is about what I figured glad they had security tapes and audio to hear all the lies people tried to tell to make Porter look bad..Almost cost him his career he should sue anyone and everyone who slandered him..

    true

    i have seen police enter a bar
    ask someone to step outside and then arrest them for public intox

    i've seen it happen with a passenger in a car
    stepped out public intox

    and on private property when they stepped on the sidewalk because of a noise complaint
    public intox

    public intox is a crock
    there are a ton of people intoxicated on more than alcohol who could be arrested for it

    thanks prozac nation!!!

    Maybe, but I get the feeling that Porter had a big part in it.
    Glad it's over.

    Definitely. He needs to be smarter than that.

    Big difference between assault and public intoxication, though.
