I still wouldn't take him over Rodgers who bounced back from his bad games to win the division and make the playoffs, imagine getting benched for that rookie scrub Dillon Gabriel .

Gabriel had a concussion and they had to start Sanders.

If he turned the ball over at the same rate as he did with Seattle, I doubt they would've made the playoffs. Darnold threw 14 interceptions twice as many as Rodgers who is one the smartest QBs at the LOS.

He doubled Metcalf stats this season you just leave out the fact he wouldn't have the same WR1 with the Steelers.

LoL. Moving the goal post. You can't win a playoff game if You don't make the playoffs. You can't skip the regular season. You will see soon.

You are spot on about Darnold
    Darnold would’ve had 50 ints
And 20 fumbles if he played at Pittsburgh last season
    Night n Day comparing
    Seattle to Pittsburgh

    Lol

Darnold is more mobile, not afraid to hang in the pocket to take a hit, i think he wouldve been able to better use the rest of our wr corps. AR is old and it was evident he couldn't take the punishment anymore. DK was his safety blanket.

AR couldnt wait to get the ball out of his hands, missed open receivers too often. He was great once but he’s well past his expiring date.

It has nothing to do with Tomlin to me, it has everything to do with Tomlin to you.
I personally rather have any HC that will constantly keep me in the mix, than a HC that will one year win a couple of playoff games , and then not win enough games to make the playoffs in years, and then win a few playoff games, and then not make the playoffs for more years.
You know playoffs games don't add up, and magically put you in the SB.
From your point of view the Browns were better coached. They won a playoff game in 2020, and had a losing season every year but one since then , so they couldn't even make the playoffs, but hey they won a playoff game. That sounds pretty stupid to me.

    They started Gabriel over Sanders

    He drafted Gabriel over Sanders

Other than that this still makes no sense

Yeah, probably. He's also 28, so we'd have him for a while as our franchise QB. I don't think Darnold is a top 5 QB by any stretch. But he is good enough to win games (and win them when it matters).

Plus, its not like he was turning it over all the time. 8 of his 14 picks came in 3 games. He's played mostly quite well with a couple duds.

Berry is an awful GM. The fact that he still has a job and Stefanski doesn't is hilarious.
