You're thinking of LeBeau's 2-gap 3-4, the Steelers DL have been 1-gapping since Dick left.

That's why we have so much problems with the run game, but it better suits our D lineman .

Not interested in a past his prime player, who has had quite a few injuries, unless he wants to play for the vet minimum.

He is probably going to be too expensive, but I'd certainly take him.

It's Canada for Christ's sake. I don't have confidence anything will change with our discount rookie CINO. Coordinator in name only. Ben is in charge still until change comes from above.

It's a reality that many Steelers fans may not grasp. We are not a top tier team anymore if we ever were.

And you know they won't bring in another QB coach. Canada can just do both jobs. This is where the notion of the Rooney's being cheap comes from.

NO. To the contrary, we need to get rid of Derek too. We have the one and only best Watt. Less marketing, more cap space for players who help us win please.

Let him ride out into the sunset some where else, just too many injuries to be
    a real factor anywhere.

Considering what he did for the city of Houston after the hurricane, JJ is the type of player the Steelers could benefit from.

Not discounting this, but the Steelers have wonderful players also benefiting their community right here in Western Pa.
Maybe not at the scale JJ Watt did for the Houston area. But their here, Rooney's like seeing their players get involved in the community and alot are.

Feel good stories do not win championships and football games.

We already overpaid for one Watt brother, who was hurt and when healthy they never used him.

No need to over pay for the 2nd Watt brother way past his prime.

Pay the most important Watt brother TJ to a long term contract, because at this point he has the most upside going forward long term.

    Focus on long term.

In today's game it's not the end of the world if you're not #1 against the run by a mile.

And JJ was at his most productive under Wade Phillips and Romeo Crennel, both of whom ran 3-4 schemes.
