Jets offense+ Zach Wilson vs. Steelers offense+ Kenny Pickett

I think the similarities are shockingly apparent. Two qbs who miss open wrs, make bad decisions, force obvious balls and have shaky accuracy. Two quarterbacks who struggle to sustain drives even though a lot of talent is around them, spiced up with a non-existing running game.
This is NOT just coaching, yes, Matt Canada is not a good coordinator and yes I wanna see KP with another coordinator before making a final verdict on him.
But take the jets for example. Keep everything as it is but throw Aaron Rodgers in there. Does anybody really believe they would be just as bad as with Zach Wilson with all the talent around? It is a pity we have not seen a full game with rodgers as a Jet.

Coaching is a big deal, but agree its a combination of all of it. I can't help think when Munchak came in our line immediately improved. He leaves it regresses so small example that coaching is a big deal. Coaches help position players to be in the best possible position to succeed and then the players have to execute. So scheme, techniques, talent and then ultimately execution. We are not doing all of these consistently. We certainly have never been accused of being a team that makes great in game adjustments, that's for sure.
