Relax. Conner has demonstrated what he has to offer as a feature back. He is going through a rough stretch, no doubt. It is way to early to give up on this kid. Whatever he is going through we need to let him play through it. We need James Conner.

Are we playing the sympathy vote for Conner? I know he came back from cancer, which is remarkable, but if it was anyone else he would be benched after putting the ball on the ground as many times as he has.

He's fumbled at least three times this season. And believe one we recovered. I think he needs to sit for a quarter and start Ridley. At least send a message that you can't fumble the ball.

 

Yeah the same Conner who is going to rush for over 1,000 yds and make the Pro Bowl, he already has more TDs this season than Bell had all of last season.

Another slow start to another game. Another game where we are catching up from behind. To me, it looks like they keep to a script that fails in the first qtr of every game.
