I agree with the decision, but as a rookie I think it shows just how much in transition we are in....

Well the article says Worilds had 47 snaps to Jarvis' 26, so if they swap that, I'd be fine with it but I think Jarvis will be getting the bulk of snaps soon enough.

Not necessarily, Jarvis is probably just much more talented that they have to put him on the field.

I think my point about transition was mostly about where that D was at the moment.

    McLendon - 1st year starter
Jones - rookie, 1st year starter
Williams - rookie, 1st year starter (I expect he has numbers with Kion like Jones had with Worilds this week)
    Allen - 1st year starter

2 young safeties getting worked into the mix.
2 younger DEs who still haven't lived up to potential plus a 3rd who is young.

To me, this is an argument for starting a rookie who is less than talented. We are talking about first round talent here. But with lack of depth on the team, I see your point.

Ah, I see what you are saying. Well, I've long thought that our rookies should see the field faster, so whatever the reason, I like it. Years past, our guys would be ready to move onto another team by the time they were ready to get onto the field, get them out there quicker, I'm all for it.

It's a shame that the only time rookies get into the game is when a veteran is injured. Well, except JJ.

That pretty much cinches it. Worilds is gone after this year. There are too many sh*tty defenses out there. Someone will over him starter money. I guess he goes down as yet another failed high draft pick
