Fun fact, Macchio went to my HS. Had the same English teacher who was also his drama teacher, by the time I had her as my teacher, The Outsiders and Karate Kid had just come out, she didn't think he would make it.

Jackie is awesome. Pat Morrita though will always be Arnold (Bwahahaha) to me first then Mr. Miyagi :lolol:

That is so awesome about Ralph!!! Did he ever crane kick anybody in the face at your school? I think older people consider Pat Morita as Arnold but since I'm really young I consider him Mr. Miyagi. I actually TOOK karate because I was so obsessed with the movie and the cartoon and the toy line. Somewhere at my mamaw's there's a picture of me in Daniel's Gi and I looked totally awesome too. Actually one of my Karate Kid playsets was just featured in an episode of Toy Hunter where it fetched $300 in the box. I'd love to have it again.

Studied Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do but not because of the Karate Kid :lolol:

What was that about your playsets? Your actual playsets were featured or just the kind you had?

Yeah it was just one that I had but sadly the Toy Hunter didn't come to my house but he was in Knoxville for a taping though. Do you remember this set. It was a house with doors that slid open and had ninjas inside them on springs and they would shoot out and try to take out Daniel only to find out that he studied Miyagi Do! It was really awesome. I played with that thing like crazy.
