Clay Mathews junior played linebacker in the NFL for 19 years, he was the first 40 year old LBer to record a sack, maybe there is hope for JH to join the old timer linebacker club......

Yea but at least we don't have to worry like we will for a Martavis Bryant test or even Bell for that matter.

so sad when a near 40 year old is needed lol. Love Harrison, but wish we had a reason to force him to retire years back.

Put Tomlin and Goodell in a locked room with James and pay him based on what they think he has left in the tank! Maybe Mike will get it right this time! When they wake=up that is.

Besides the 2-3 top guys in FA (Ingram, C Jones, Perry), the OLB group this year is very underwhelming imo. I don't think JH92 would demand too much, i'm thinking a 2yr 4mill contract??

No, clay mathews senior played back in the 50s, clay mathews jr played for 19 years and is the father of clay mathews the 3rd now playing for the packers....

He still plays at a high level and makes splash plays ...Sign him to a fair deal and move on...We need him and he is worth 8 Million for 2 years .. Pay him 4 now and the other 4 if he still wants to play next season...
