He should be the one demanding a trade.

What? Did you think I meant he was getting traded? Heavens no. My bad. Sorry about that.

    Made ya look! :dancing:

There was a point in the game when Watt came out because he was gassed, if that isn't a situation where JH can get a few snaps then I don't see the point of him being active on game day.

I think they are saving Harrison for certain situations. He is going to be a good guy to have once the weather changes and when you get into some tougher field conditions.

Don't think JH would consider a trade. He came out of retirement because the Steelers needed him at the time. He'll retire (again) in black and gold.

I remember years ago when we would not pay him because we thought he was old and he went on to play for the Bungles. That was sad. Now he is getting paid for sitting on the bench. Seems fair somehow.

This to the infinitesimal power. Well done! :applaud:

James has been in way more playoff games than Bud and Watt have been together. Nevermind his experience but his ability to set the edge is still arguably the best on the team.

Add the fact that Joey Porter himself indicated that James is not only going to be used as a closer but also will have a bigger role "later down the road" (i.e. playoff time) and it is quite simple:

James Harrison is way too valuable an asset to trade. Within the same vein though, someone is getting moved considering we are inching closer to the return of Cameron Sutton.

Who that person is will be anyone's guess at this point.

I was expecting to see JH in the final 5-10 minutes last night. I'm pretty puzzled that he didn't get action as a closer given the lack of success we were having getting to Stafford.

On the true, Garrapolo got traded to San Fran. With that and Brissett in Indy, love to see Marsha Brady get a broken leg.

I agree and RS would be at the top of the list to draft elsewhere. Perhaps we could provide enough incentive for him to pick another team lol

Question, who would trade for a 40 year old linebacker who cant play an entire game, maybe get a used jock strap in a trade for him this late in his career, but lets be realistic...

It's inevitable that Watt will hit the rookie wall at some point.

Then we will see Harrison roll into the rotation more. I think this team learned from the last few seasons about letting your guys get gassed down the stretch and playoffs!

Heck Heyward s getting spelled for some downs as well this year.

i would have thought they would give him a few chances to get under Mihalik for old times sake and that he came through in KC.

Saves the team money by not having to wash his jersey.

James left once. He didn't like it. His next move will be, go in when needed or retire. Nuttin else.

4-3 is where most of the sacks are coming from I think.

sorry I do not know much football 101, just from where I am reading on user's input.

From my understanding some user's were saying that we played a soft zone to give matt Stafford anything between the 20's, and then we clamped down in the redzone. Matt was dropping dimes and basically got rid of the ball in 2-3 seconds each time.

Now some of me believes that, and some of me thinks our defense just couldn't stop him and capitalized on the drops, miscues in the redzone lol.

Meaning once we face a competent qb(Thomas bradine(Watson out) our defense is going to get exposed bad.

Then again seattle couldn't stop Houston lol
