I love this guy so much. He and JuJu make this team so enjoyable for me.

 

Conner Named AFC Offensive Player Of The Month

I think they gave him both Offensive POW and POM. Not even half way through regular season, hoping they don't run his wheels off. So far though he's taken a licken' but keep on ticken'.

 

I never mentioned it but it's my first year in college. I just said I was playing football. I'm redshirting but I still practice and have to go through all the motions and now after the deadline I'm disappointed in bell. I thought he was holding out until then but now I don't get him. Still think he is the best back in football but hes gone too far.

 

Not saying I agree with all their takes.

 

At this point I'm done talking about leveon. It's time to move on after the trade deadline.

I would have to reread everything but I cant verbatim remember all the conversations we've went through recently and I've been really busy lately with midterms so I haven't really been on the board as much but I'll look over everything get back to you but until he shows up if he does I'm done talking about bell...

I'm really not that interested in you getting back to me. That is what you did. It was obnoxious and inaccurate and it would be lovely if you had the integrity to admit you screwed up.

You're actually surprised Bell didn't show? The only question for a while has been if he would wait until Week 10 or not show up at all and hope somehow he can file a grievance or get the Steelers to agree to part ways after this year's debacle.

 

I'm really not either. It's why I cant recall th exact conversation that we had. But anyways I was shocked. I thought because they tried to trade him he was holding out until after the trade deadline. I did not see him holding out this long. It's just time for both parties to part ways at this point.

 

But on this particular take before now I didnt here anyone not on leveon's side as most probably didnt see it going this far. My stance on him getting paid hasnt changed. Hes still the best player at the position when he's on the field. But I dont agree with how long he did this. I thought he should have held out until the trade deadline and ended it there. I dont see his logic now.

 

That's because what he's doing is illogical. He lost nearly $900,000 per game to hold out for more money. He also probably hoped he'd show the Steelers how badly then need him, and all he did was show all of us along with the team that they don't need him so badly after all, as Connor is doing just fine, and has more YPC than Bell (and is currently the 3rd overall RB in the league).

 

When I took Conner to rush for over 100 yards today, my guy said I was the only one who did. (for entertainment purposes only, of course)
It was close but he got it done, and looked impressive doing it.
Due to the good fortune he's brought me the last 2 weeks (as a Steelers fan), I made a donation to the ACS in his honor.

 

How can anybody not love James Conner?

I'm done talking about small sample sizes. He proved he can produce against the big boys today.

 

Just to stir the pot because I don't do it too often. HOFer, and overinflated ego talking head PrimeTime Sanders just said Bell handled it wrong.
