Why the hell does my favorite player have to play on the team I like? That does not correlate at all. I'm a fan of odell because he is the guy I try to model my game after. That ultimately would be a bandwagon fan if their fav player is on their favorite team because you would more than likely only like the specific team due to the player being on it. Like now only liking the lakers cause or lebron but being a cle fan last yr..

I remember living and dying when this team played the Houston Oilers and Warren Moon and the Run and Shoot would be the be the Achilles heel of the defense. I remember Mecklenburg for the Broncos and how I hated playing at mile high. Those were the times I was totally invested in wins and losses. Now I live and die for my kids every day, games where I can't do anything, not so much.

Yup I’ve come a long way too since having my kid. I would obsesse over wins and losses. Say my prayers when I was younger.

Now I just join in with my bros and friends saying how bad/good we are with stupid memes lol. Still love this team but man 95-2010 was my glory years

I was came into my own when Cowher was hired and really got into football throughout his tenure and while my love ofor the game hasn't lessened I learned that real life has moments that makes football seem not important. Having kids was really top of the list.

That is you. I play so maybe I watch the game for other reasons than just because I like the Steelers.

all I have to say is as a Steeler fan you better ride the bad. We had a good run and it might not be as long as the 80's(so I heard)

OBJ is the most overrated, overpaid WR in the NFL. He would be a 4th WR on the Steelers. Washington will be better than he is.

I don't know about all this other stuff, but don't you have to be a "fan" for this to be the most embarrassed you have ever been as one? I really don't understand this ripping that AB is taking. Did I miss where it was made public what AB was upset about on the sidelines? I did a search, and I found a lot of speculation. I couldn't find anything definitive about why he was upset. I also see where some so called writers are turning his tweet into a "I want traded" thing, but that isn't what I got out of that tweet. Anyhow, I'm sure fans watching the game from home know exactly why Brown was upset!

Yeah, but we had some good drugs in the 80's and we weren't afraid to use em!

He asked to be traded, do your homework.

And now you are comparing AB to TO? Holy reaching Batman

    You make terrible comparisons.

Again, Moss wanted to be traded and in the last year of his contract. He wasn't going to be back. We'll see whats going on with AB.

Not just you my friend. I noticed it too.

Case in point? All these anctics are simply showing not just coaches but owners a player who might not be worth it given his lack of conditioning...

.... That is before the aspect of "not being overworked" kicks in no less.

His ego can't take the slight of any random peon. This was just him being impulsive like the breaking jaw comment.

needs to take a time out before posting.

Here is an article that clearly states that it is not clear whether moss requested a trade or not. http://www.espn.com/boston/nfl/news/story?id=5658579

Were you really expecting anything to come from Belichick and the team on the matter? Come on man.

    Try again:

Plus, I remember the news coverage, he was causing problems and demanded a trade.
