I look at it that Boykin can not be as bad as Blake. That would be pretty hard to do. Agree that the secondary needs shaken up this week if we want to salvage this season. At this point in the season our secondary is getting worse not better and they have to make some changes this week.

Here's another little nugget to think about. What if Golson is bad???

What if Golson is great? He's a slot corner and the coaches love Gay in the slot. Golson could be next year's Boykin, a guy who can only play the slot, but can't supplant Gay as slot corner.

A guy just called in and asked about Boykin and Batch said he has no clue. He even said that he looks good in practice. He said that Boykin will not be seeing the field though because the teams isn't gonna put the losses on one single guy. In other words, Blake can play as badly as he wants and he is safe by that logic.

Yeah it cuts both ways. I mean Batch just flat out said that Boykin looks really good in practice and he still can't get on the field. I mean if Golson does the same thing will he not be able to get on the field? Just beyond perplexing.

Some of the roster moves made by this team this year have been mind boggling. It's like they've never done this stuff before.

A guy just called the Extra Point show and said Blake is the most famous corner in the NFL because every time you watch him play you can see his name and number the whole time as he's chasing receivers to the endzone. :lolol: I actually laughed out loud at that.

LOL! Sad but true. He has literally given up the most big plays in the league. He has missed more tackles than any corner.

Dulac said that Boykin falls down a lot in practice. So the Cooler Talk guys said "Well then how did you not see that before you made the trade???" People are calling in and absolutely BURYING Blake.

When you don't draft good players at CB, you end up with a special team scrub like Blake as a starter.

DING! Seems like Golden did a better job back there. The last few games where they've been torched Allen hasn't played up to task. You have to move on from him at some point and Shark isn't the answer. Why not use the guy who actually played better this year?

To be fair we did draft a CB in the 2nd round. I'm sure the weren't planing on that injury.

Blake is having a tough time. He probably needs a rest for a game or two.

I totally agree. We need a corner or two in the draft and a safety

I meant drafting overall, not just the 2015 draft.

These are some of the things that this coaching staff blows my mind. Do you think coaches like Belacheat would put up with guys like Blake and Allen.

Russell Wilson had career highs in yardage (345) and TD passes (5). How can we justify status quo this week in the secondary? Changes must be made and it starts with benching Blake for Boykin!

I'm good with giving Blake a seat. We only have two other CB's on the roster in Boykin and Grant. I''m fine with the one the coaches feel better about playing.

The beat writers say that Boykin doesn't look good in practice and they actually attend, does Batch? I wouldn't think so.

He talked like he did but I'm not sure. I know he is still really connected to the team. Thing about those writers though is how much do they really know about the actual process of what a guy needs to do to get on the field ya know?

What if that in this defense Blake is actually better than Boykin?

If Blake is better than Boykin IN ANY DEFENSE then Boykin is the worst CB in the history of the NFL.
