Now that Marsia is in the superbowl that would make Ben the starter in the pro bowl right? I wonder if he would actually show up and play on what I'm sure is still an injured ankle?? Any news on this?

Hmmmmm, good question. :hmmm: He's taking both BA and Fichtner with him as guests so maybe.

I believe there is a rule for the Pro Bowl about not hitting the QB, right?

Ben shouldn't play unless there is a "Don't step on your QB's foot" rule for the o-linemen!

Yes, but not for plays involving Ben. Sorry.

Well they AFC QBs were: Brady, Ben, Rivers. I'd guess Ben is starting over RIvers.

Though it would not be the first time in history where the Pro Bowl starter/player went to Hawaii and upon arrival discovered he wasn't healthy enough to play.

Have they named replacements? There's no Brady, Schabb's hurt, who else? Flacco, Dalton? Can there really be anyone else?

Maybe Peyton can be cleared to play. After all, there were some talking heads saying that he could have been the MVP this season.

I haven't watched it in years. That said, I have to admit that I am a Steelers fan, not necessarily an NFL fan. Maybe I should start to play fantasy football. Really, I don't care what anyone else does, except in regard to how it affects the Steelers.

I thought the "Pro Bowl" was a new kind of toilet. Imagine my disdain when I went to purchase one and learned otherwise.

Andy Dalton is taking Brady's spot and will be the #3 QB on the Pro Bowl roster.
Plus, Packers, Texans' staffs to coach NFC, AFC all-stars in Honolulu.

He was the 2nd QB on the pro-bowl roster so he should, but that is up to John Harbaugh

I thought Ben was injured? Is he all better now? He got no business playing in that game IF he was really injured as bad as was claimed.
