    I agree, I dont much like that hair style on anyone. Tilda kind of pulls that off, not a fan though.

    Hope Baji sticks around for a while, love his character already. Such a familiar face, I looked at his credits and the only thing that stands out to me is Snow White and the Huntsman. Seems like I have seen him in much more.

    Jumped right into it.

    Liked most of it, except the Widow's group being that much more skilled than everyone else. I get they threw that line in about casualties, but they didn't show any of her people getting taken out before wiping at least 5-10 of the other guys.

    Could have a few of the Clippers be actual human beings and not raging A$$es.

    Agreed on the last line (although the clipper that the widow sliced, diced and pureed seemed like a man just trying to do his job).

    But I think the reason the Widow's forces seemed that much better was twofold: It was a surprise attack. But more importantly, it was an illustration at how completely ineffective Ryder is at being a Baron, despite his superficial appearance of success. Granted, the viewer pretty much knew he would be, but they wanted to show not tell. But I agree that it seemed WAY too one sided, and showing a few losses would have been more realistic... well, for the genre anyway.

    Anyone else not surprised at all about Quinn? ;) The only question is what is his motivation now?

    That actually got me! Mainly because if he's alive why would he let his clippers just go with his son?

    I can see Ryder being ineffective , but he's still using his Clippers trained by his fathers trainers and you can see how good Sonny is.

    Same. What would have been surprising is if they wasted such a great actor after only one season.

    Plus, if Im not mistaken, they didn't actually show him die, which is always suspicious.

    Am I missing something? How did he start working for the widow?

    The only part that's wonky for me is the monastery stuff. Just not getting that kids acting. When he fights is awesome though.

    I just assumed he defected to the widow after Quinn's assumed death.

    I too am just not feeling MK. I don't know if it's the writing, his acting, or his having a highly punchable face. Oh, and his attitude kind of sucks too. I hope this improves because he's likely to be the center of the story sooner or later.

    Yup, he's the only one that's really that off to us. It may be the punchable face as you say. his lines are in-line with the tone of his character though, I just don't believe them when they come out his mouth.

    I'm going to have to check into this series. I get my regular internet hooked up later this week. Does anyone know if it is available on Hulu? Never had hulu but you can get a 30 day trial so I might check it out and forego cable. Not trying to highjack lol

    I don't have Hulu. But a quick search showed nothing.

    Amazon does have it - including current episodes.
