the more i watch who we have had contact with makes me think we are after one of these type of players at some point. the meetings and contact are all over the place. guys like robert hainsey and carson green have had meetings with the team. these are guys that can play tackle or guard. this seems quite logical considering that we are a little thin in these areas and they like the more you can do type of players. the top OT's they have been in contact with are for one spot only and that is LT. these others are going to be the fill in where needed types. DD is degrading the last two years and is in his last season so one of these two makes sense for down the road. worst case is banner has setbacks with his knee and they can cover that spot as well.

 

Steelersdepot has been talking up Hainsey lately, I guess he played center at the Senior Bowl, versatile guy who could be a mid round pick.
