That is what I believe. Things like Hamstrings, turf toe, and Groin polls were all solved with the needle back in the 70s and 80s.

Nowadays players are thinking about their careers and will not just take a shot on game day to cover up the pain of these type of injuries.

It was just understood that a player injured in the 1st half, would be back in the 2nd half after spending some time with the Team Doc and the needle. There is a scene in the movie North Dallas Forty where a veteran is used to convince a young healthy rookie on how to take the needle for game day.

Carlos Davis James Washington and Chase Claypool all Limited.

Our receiving corps will be laughable if both of them are out.

Everyone else seems to be ready

i woudn't read too much into limited practice for soft tissue, they are saving themselves for games (knowing it wld be stupid to aggravate a soft tissue issue during practice by going full.) they are playing it smart by going limited for practice.

that being said I would be very surprised if Claypool and Washington were not game ready come sunday (after playing it smart and protecting themselves) proper rest and recuperation is underrated during practice week

Lol, Ben gonna milk the pec/hip all year. He's the only injured guy who goes from DNP to FP every single week.

He'd be listed as "Coaches Decision" in that case, like Ingram and Turner.

Looks to be a complete wasted move there. Guy isn’t even practice squad material apparently

The Seattle beat writer on the Terrible Podcast on Wednesday had a good laugh about how much of a steal it was for Seattle to get a 5th round pick for a guy they were going to cut anyway.

Colbert really got pantsed on this one.

Colbert really needs to stop trading with the Seahawks. The deal for Vannett was almost as bad.

It was easy enough to miss. He only carried the ball four times for 11 yards.

It wasn't a bad deal with Seattle eating all his bonus money.

What other CB are you going to bring in for only 1.5 million?

Looks like everyone is in except Carlos Davis! And if 6 is right above Banner may even be activated but possibly not start.

It's more about losing a draft pick for a guy who was going to be cut. Doesn't play ST or the slot, very limited in what he can do. Now sure why they signed him.
