Pract Rept: McCullers (knee), Shazier (shoulder), WR Wheaton (chest) did not practice. CB CAllen (knee), DE Heyward (elbow) were limited

Really thought Shazier would be back today... Hopefully he's a go tomorrow.

Man I Hope Shazier goes tomorrow this defense would really get toasted without him.

My gut says Shazier is fine and they're just being overly cautious with him. If we were playing tonight I'd be a little concerned about it, but I still think he would play. He should be fine for Sunday. I agree though, he might be the most valuable player on our defense right now.

Yeah that is what I am thinking as well but you never know. That was a violent collision, and teams aren't really forthcoming on what any injury actually is unless it requires surgery.

Big Mc got the dreaded cut block. Was there a fine for that since it did cause an injury? That may be where the NFL needs to go with this. Just like the NHL does.

I really hope Shazier isn't another Kendrell Bell type that is dynamic on the field but off the field too much for it to matter.

I'm beginning to wonder about shaziers durability, two games in and he's already dinged, this crap gets old with him.....

Shazier, McCullers have been ruled out. We better score 40 points again.

Well, what level of success our defense has had just took a hit. I really hope this isn't that serious. The dude is made of glass.

So I guess my gut feeling was a little off haha. But this doesn't make me feel good about the game tomorrow. This would be a good game for Harrison to unleash vintage Deebo or Jarvis Jones to start to prove his doubters wrong. I'll be looking for somebody to step up tomorrow.

I think we will be fine this week and I'm kind of looking for another 40 point performance today. The Rams interior dline is nasty, but the rest of their defense struggles. Also, this is Gurlys first action since last November and the NFL game speed is a lot different. When it comes to Shazier the more I think about it the more I think they want to ensure he is on the field against Baltimore. In the big picture this game is almost meaningless. Yes, you always want to get wins, but you have to win division games.

Apparently Shazier is on the sidelines wearing a sling. Don't like the sound of that.

Seeing Shazier in the sling on the side lines was not a good sign. Initially we were led to think he might be ready to play today but they were just holding him back for a little extra heal time. To see him with a sling is disheartening.
