So we have 5 rbs active and only one plays at a time. Then we put Burress on inactive list and he could actually help us when in the red zone. Just do not understand.

 

Right. Wish Burress was in there today, especially with Sanders banged up.

Tomlin has a little something against using Plax. I think he can still go get theball, he has pretty good hands and will catch the ballat a high point vice waiting for it to hit him in the cradle.

 

I don't understand the Burress situation either. If Dwyer, Redman, and Mendy can all play, than there's no reason to give Batch carries.

 

I think it's because Batch plays special teams and Plax does not.

 

Then have Redman play special teams and make Plax active. Seems to make sense. Now 5 rbs active. Just do not understand it. So we take all of our 5''11 wr and make them active and take our 6'5 guy and make him inactive. Just do not understand.

 

I agree- except I don't think he would have ever been signed at all if Tomlin did not like him.
