    This obviously is not correct. Ben commonly runs the no huddle calling his own plays. He always has the right to change a play or audible. If he didn't think the plays called were best, he could have changed them. When he calls a play in the huddle, he believes it will work and is a good plan. If not, shame on him. Besides, he is very much a part of coming up with the game plan with the coaching staff.

    I could be off base, but relating to my own personal experience playing sports and running with various injuries, I always feel more tentative with knee injuries than anything else. I'll push though an ankle or foot injury and just deal with the discomfort, but if my knee hurts I am subconsciously aware of it, and tend to compensate and go easy on it without thinking. There's something about the knee. I have no idea whether others react that way, but given how frequently seasons are lost to knee injuries in the NFL it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he had difficulty getting comfortable with what it could take on the first game day back. Especially early in the game when he looked completely out of sync to me.
