Ike Taylor is garbage

This game alone should send him packing...but it wont.

 

You want Willie Gay as your #1 CB? It's a bad game for him is all

 

One game doesn't depict his worth. Can't you imagine what we would have if we would of never resigned him.

 

he definetly had his worst game as a Steeler.

 

A higher draft pick and no frustration today

 

Pass rush didn't help the pass defense early in the game. Steelers coaches sold out to stop the run on that final play. Didn't give Ike any help in the middle of the field.

Gotta give Tebow credit. He played a great game.

 

we won't even be here today without him. Gay and Mcfadden/lewis our starting CBs? We would be picking right behind the Colts.

The Steelers secondary has been garbage for years.

 

Taylor played a horrible game. But Mundy came down to the line of scrimmage and left the middle of the field open. Taylor took an outside position expecting help in the middle but Mundy wasn't there. Easy pitch and catch from there.

 

I knew this would pop up quickly by someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. Ike had a bad game so lets forget the 8+ years of quality pass defense he has given us to this point, including three SB trips

 

this popped up years ago buddy. taylor is awful.

 

One bad game does not define a career. Anxious to see what TEZ and the young boys can do next season though

 

At first glance I blamed Lebeau but the formation on the last play looked like it was blown by someone. Mundy?

 

I dont know what happened to Ike the last few games, but he was awful. The whole giving up a big play and then clapping like " Oh man...." thing is getting old. Ike is the best CB we have, but that isnt saying much. He blew it big time today.

 

Ikes been getting beaten a lot lately, or getting caught for PI. He's lost it and this team is in deep trouble since this is now a passing league. Denver did us a favour, I didn't want to watch Brady get his revenge

 

Did you guys not know that the Steelers had the #1 pass defense in the NFL this year? What happened, I'm guessing with Ryan Clark not in there, it messes with the chemistry a bit, but I still think Ryan Mundy played a good game. Ike Taylor had a bad bad game. He is still a good corner. It's time for a youth movement I hope Colbert has some draft tricks to get us some good quality starters.

It could of been Mundy. But I don't know what Lebeau called on that play. He could of called for Mundy to go down to the LOS. But if so, that was a bad call. You NEVER give the middle of the field open on defense. Especially when a td wins the game. You let them run with a single high safety in the middle of the field because i doubt they would run for an 80 yard td.
