    They should be. Lacking talent AND available cap space to help alleviate that problem is mismanagement.

    We're coming off of back to back 8-8 seasons ... and we're borrowing from future caps not to upgrade talent, but rather to keep our 8-8 team somewhat intact. That's nuts.
