If you had your choice, would you give up on Tomlin?

A clueless fan like yourself just absolves Ben of his turnovers and want to blame the losses on the coach .

But his stats are better under Tomlin you said. Which is it?

Edit: I said he was a better QB under Cowher. You didn't like that and claimed his stats are better under Tomlin; I asked you how so because you trash him for his turnovers and mental mistakes. Then you respond by continuing your spew about how the coach is never wrong... I don't really know if you know what's going on.

If your a schizo (my aunt was one), then no pun intended, my apologies.

I don't think he's being contradictory at all.

It's not like Ben didn't turn the ball over under Cowher - so saying his stats are better doesn't imply a lack of interceptions or bad play. It just means that on average he's turned the ball over less, and thrown for more yardage, under one coach than another.

Which, given his career development probably isn't too surprising.

None of that means Ben doesn't still miss open guys and throw bad balls....

Ben definitely got better under Haley than he was under BA.

Ben only played for Cowher for 3 seasons, and he didn't throw it as much as he does now. So your claim of him being better under Cowher is :poopy:, you're just too dumb to understand football blinded by your hate for Tomlin . I'm not giving Tomlin all the credit for this but Ben has been selected to the Pro Bowl many times, and could've been Super Bowl MVP.

Did you even watch the Steelers then? Ben was just a game manager his first 2 years under Cowher he barely threw the ball more than 20 times a game, his 3rd year was a disaster, it's not even worth arguing Ben was light years better under Tomlin then he was under Cowher and its not debatable.

Are you putting words in his mouth? Let the boy speak.

In reply to your post. Its fun to wonder how Ben would have mentally progressed under Cowher for a entire career. I understand why he retired but I feel it was unfortunate

The quality of Oline players was better, and getting munch for a line coach didnt hurt either.....

There are a lot of wasted careers, the list is long and distinguished. It takes a team effort and every team needs a little luck. Mr Brady would even admit that, he went from a heal if Pete Carrol had any sense and the Falcons had a clue to being the most successful SB QB. I feel like we are going to pick it up this year and make a run if we stay healthy.
