What did Belicheat do without him? Sometimes I just wish they would fire the coach Tomlin so we could listen to the excuses when the next coach fails.

Nope. No chance. I think Tomlin still wins a lot of games with Brady (and probably multiple SB's) but no.

He did the same without Brady as Tomlin has without Ben. Absolutely nothing.

Do you have a clue at all? He never sniffed a playoff game without the golden boy.

What do you mean? He made the playoffs with Jones his rookie year? Who cares. It's why I said never WON anything. We haven't WON anything without Ben. No playoff wins... You know, the ones that matter?

The point is that Brady would have won his championships with Belichek or Tomlin or Harbaugh or Reid. The initial post was to disparage Tomlin because we lost a game, insinuating that Tomlin would have stopped Brady’s run if was their coach.

That much is true, I don't think he wins as many with Tomlin as he does with Bill, but that is just a personal opinion since we will never know.

You did say that he never sniffed a playoff game without Brady and you were wrong about that. This is an organization that measures itself in championships and in the postseason. I think we can all agree its been far too long since we've tasted playoff victory.

A D3 team could have won the division the Patriots were in. Bill didn’t win **** without Tom. Mike kept the team competitive every year after Ben left.

All of Brady's last minute heroics would disappear. Time would have ran out before he could do anything.

Maybe he gets a SB or 2. But even that's not certain.

You just can't get through to these numbskulls. They're more than happy to go 10-7 or 9-8 with the usual 1st round blowout, if they're even lucky enough to get that far.

He might have lucked into 1 SB, but 2 is a stretch.

If you call not winning a playoff game in 7 years competitive, then I don't know what to tell you.

These guys love that non losing regular season thing. It’s their SB just like it was the Browns last night.

That's been our problem forever.being not too good or bad so we don't get great players in the draft.
Being in the middle of the pack not good need to get over that bump

Lots of hypotheticals there. Prior to Bill's last season he won 8 games with the ghost of Cam Newton at QB, He won 10 and 7 games with Mac Jones, and then the talent on the team completely fell out. I understand that some of that is his drafting and signing practices, but to say that the Pats weren't fairly competitive post Brady for a few years is wrong.

And you are correct, Bill didn't win sh*t without Tom. Tomlin has yet to win sh*t without Ben. Both have gone to a playoff game and lost in their time post-franchise QB. They are directly comparable situations.

All that stuff is a myth and blown out of proportion. No one is satisfied with only finishing above 500. No one is only satisfied with non-Losing seasons.
No one is only happy with just making the playoffs.

    example
The Steelers streak of finishing at 500 or above is a really nice accomplishment and something to be proud of.
The over obsessed hatred of Mike Tomlin Group’s interpretation.
People are satisfied with non-losing seasons, and first round playoff losses.

i’ve gotta believe that their mind is so clouded with their dislike for Tomlin that their mind plays tricks on themselves and they don’t even know they’re doing this?

I see that the usual Tomlinites are out in full force. I don't hate Mike Tomlin, or even dislike him, I don't even know the man. He seems like a nice guy, but I don't believe that he'll ever win another playoff game until proven otherwise.

These guys talk about our obsession with him because we are disappointed in the year in year out failures. Then come on here and defend him or try to ridicule us every chance they get while claiming they also don’t like him. Hilarious.
