Is it time to start the Jordan Love to the Steelers gossip?

Would you give a #2 pick for Love this year?

Nope. I did not see the hype when he was drafted. This year’s QB draft class isn’t great, but I think that all 5 of the top prospects are better bets than Love.

Maybe they'll have the same problems as the Steelers had the past five years.
The team was betting that their starters could stay healthy... and it didn't work out.

If Rodgers gets a (minor) injury that keeps him out of games, then a .500 record would be an achievement.
Or if starters in key positions have season-long injuries (like the DL this past season), then those low-salary backups will be forced into service. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

Just use the word "Steelers", "Us", "We" or "Here" in a sentence and anything can be posted in Steelers Talk. :lolol:

That seems to work in these parts. The Mods tend to let their hair down a bit in the long off-season. :lolol:

How about if JuJu resigns with the Steelers would you trade Claypool for Love?

I think Devin Bush is going to have a breakout year in 2022, but would you consider trading Bush for Love?

No, and No. If Love was anything....Green Bay would have told A. Rodgers 2 jump in a lake...swallow a snake, and come out with a belly ache by now.

I’m saying by the time the bill comes due, Rodgers will be sipping pina coladas on a beach.

It’s not like they are into a rebuild and he just signed that contract handcuffing them.

As soon as they tagged Adams the Pack were 44 million over the cap.... then they agreed with Rodgers... whatever they agreed to... they still got some cutting to do.. I would keep my eye on their roster moves

    HACK

It's a small sample size, but love fell flat on his face when he got the chance, which totally put Rodgers in the negotiation driver's seat, which he played expertly...... He never had any intention of leaving green bay... He was simply driving up his price
