That's around the time I got one for Xmas as well. That thing was so loud my Dad and I had to go down to the basement and place the game board on a beach towel to try and muffle the sound. And because of the circle syndrome you mention, he would try heating up the rubber bases in various liquid concoctions to soften them up so they'd have a chance to run north south on occasion but to no avail. After that, I was really sorry I didn't ask Santa for the Hockey Rink Deluxe with the audio and red blinking light goal indicator.

When I was around 8 years old I thought that the family cat would find it fun to have his feet tickled so I put him on the electronic football field. He tore my arms to shreds and left me a dazed and bloody mess as he sprinted out of the room.

We’d have better luck with Charlie Brown and Lucy

My cousin had one...so I already seen it in action. I never asked for one after.
Also played His in the basement.

Yeah, I got tired of it pretty quickly. But I vaguely remember my sister playing it by herself around high school age. Odd that she knows so little about football now. From the next room, she sure seemed to enjoy it back then.

There’s a joke here but it is not tasteful.

Boz was limited today. Him being at practice is a good sign.

They had him in non contact drills, which for most other teams is normal

That is part of the concussion protocol. He has to get through a practice and then they see how he is the next day.

Yes, of course it is, but at least he was there, taking that first step. If he wasn’t able to practice… That would be a bad sign.
