Chases comment are not just some one off statement. This has become a pattern of behavior. Analysts have also stated this as well. Bingo.. OP is giving Chase way too much brain credit here. Fact is, Chase and the Bengals offense owned us, and now he's just rubbing it in. It's sports.. Guys trash talk. Nothing more, nothing less.
