He sure looked a little heavier than usual when they showed him in an interview with Hoge......he was in mid season form.

I don't ever believe much of what he says. He gets a ton of props from me on some things, but there is also plenty of stuff I don't put a lot of stock in.

Wasn't that like three weeks ago that he made the statement? Give him a little more time. Jeez!

He meant working out with wings and beer.

you won't be so sad when he bounces off 5 defensive players and throws a TD to sanders next year....

Am I the only one who doesn't prefer Ben being a little heavier? His weight has fluctuated during his career but even when he's looked heavier I've NEVER noticed conditioning being an issue...

And with his style those extra pounds may help him.

Personally I'd rather see Ben improve his cerebral game more than his physical. I guess he cant start learning the playbook from Haley yet, but that's what I want to see whenever he can.

It's been a couple years since Ben has done stuff like that. He's not 25 anymore, he can't continue to play like that. He needs to slim down and learn to stay in the pocket. If it breaks down, throw it away.

Why does he need to slim down if he is going to stay in the pocket and not move around?

I would like him to lose about 15 lbs... use his mobility more. When he used to take it up field every now and then it used to put big pressure on a defense. Just dont want him to take any hits, be smart get down or out of bounds.

No i hate seeing ben run though i laugh.every time he does he cant slide is looks really awkward. It looks like he is going to break his ankle when he does it so he goes head furst which is horrible.
