I think were going "Out of the Organization" for our new OC?

    I'm not sure?It does seem they are looking elsewhere for the new OC?If they were'nt,Don't you think they would of named Randy Fichtner or Sean Kugler by now?I hope they give it to Randy Fichtner.I like what I see in him.What do you guys think?

    Fichtner is in Hawaii at the moment. They may actually want to talk to him in person prior to hiring him or telling him who his new boss will be.

    This is for the better.

    We need someone who is willing to coach those bad habits out of Ben. It's obvious no one on the 2011 coaching staff wants to do that.

    I think they are just weighing their options. Decision should be coming soon, especially if they are going out of house for the hire.

    Well they better do their due diligence. I'm not sure....is Rooney rule in effect for OC hirings?

    I think Ben will be happy in good time, once he sees how effective our O can be with consistent game planning and play calling I sure he will be smiling from ear to ear.
