Eli should be enshrined like the rest of the Steeler greats lol he stopped the evil empire twice. ok well maybe his defense did but still. Peyton stopped them in 2006 and i believe in 2013/2015. Steelers have not stopped the evil empire at all in the playoffs lol.

Yep. Steelers fold like a cheap tent in the playoffs vs. Patriots. Chiefs are also guilty.

Careful! There are self-appointed greats here who will tell you that you are a troll, tell you that you are not a Steeler fan, tell you that you are wrong and contradicting yourself, because the Steelers did in fact win a playoff game against the Patriots on January 3rd,1998 after the 1997 season.

But yes, those of us who are here for the reason a forum is operated agree with you 1000% I am holding out hope that Art Sr. came to Art Jr. in a dream and shoved a lit cigar up his arse and threatened to be back soon if he didn't get the team back on track.

Was that the exciting 7-6 win over the Patriots??? Of course Tommy boy Bratty was not under center in that game.

Any true fan of the Steelers knows that Art Senior was a great man but not much of a deciding factor in the Steelers winning. Winning came with Dan getting involved. Try again circus clown.

Haven't the Steelers and Patriots only played each twice in the playoffs during the Patriots run? The game where Bettis took the shot in the leg that numbed his whole leg and Rodney Harrison faked an injury to kill momentum and allow BB to regroup and then recent AFCGC where Bell went lame and they lost Brown to an unnecessary pass in the end zone over two guys? Am I not remembering more games?

You're leaving out Kordell Stewart vs Drew Bledsoe as back up QB, because Brady got hurt in January '02. AFC Championship for 2001 season.

Steelers are 0-3 vs Patriots in playoffs during Brady/Belichick era. Steelers would be 0-4 if Jets didn't pull off a miracle in January of '11.

No... Belichick started in 2000. He and Brady have been joined at the hip ever since.

My hate for the Pats and Brady runs deep just not deep enough to keep track of them for 19 years.

Well... when another franchise ends up matching the Steelers Super Bowl count... I tend to get concerned. Just sayin'

That and the fact the Steelers have been the Patriots b***h since 2001.

A friend: How the hell did your boys get to 3 Super Bowl's in the Brady era.

Me: We didn't have to play the Patriots in the playoffs those years.

So sad because even if we finally beat the Patriots, some will say we beat Brady when he got old. Then there are up and comers like KC to worry about going forward. Almost seems too late for sweet revenge, more like only semi-sweet is left, LOL.

That Steelers team was loaded. Unfortunately they were weakest at the most important position (QB). Steelers gave that game away on a silver platter.

Ding ding ding. The 2010 Steelers got bailed out by the Jets. Because I'm convinced we get thrashed in an AFC title game in New England that season.

I sometimes wonder if there was an Oilers fan in the late 70's who hated the Steelers then...like I hate the Patriots now. Steelers owned the Oilers then...like Patriots own the Steelers now.

Well we have beaten Marsha twice in a row now until the "replay lapdog" said no. Let's keep it up until Marsha leaves.
