    The Ravens weren't willing to pay him 3 mil for the season. He said he was willing to work with them but evidently he wanted more than they were offering. I'd say he's totally worth a contract at around 2 mil per year. If we signed him Le'Veon Bell wins OROY easily. He has experience in the zone stretch type of system we want to employ too.

    We have the cap room if we want him.
