Had my power go out, along with my cable and internet on Saturday morning due to the freak snowstorm in my part of the state. (10 inches in my backyard). With all of the trees still having most of their leaves, the weight of the wet snow brought down a lot of boughs and trees. Lines down everywhere.

I should be happy my power was restored quickly. But I lost cable and internet, which meant no game for me on Sunday.

I couldn't even follow the game due to no internet. I had to work anyway, but at least I was going to be able to watch it when I got home. Nope! ARGH!!!!!!!! Not so much as a highlight. I had to read about it in the morning paper.

The BEST game the Steelers have played all year, and Ma Nature decided to mess with me. Now, since I've had my toys returned this evening, I've seen every clip, highlight, etc I could get my hands on. But it's not the same. I suppose I can wait and hope the game will be on NFL Replay on the NFL Network. It'll be better than nothing.

I'm off next Sunday (finally). At least if something happens at my house that cuts my ability to view THIS game, I can drive somewhere to watch it.

Great win guys! I'm happy as can be that they beat the Pats, and even more importantly, at the WAY they beat them. I just wish I could've seen it.

Sorry to hear that, Ray. I knew when you weren't around that you must have gotten hit hard. I read that there are many without power still, so I can guess you can count yourself lucky in that respect. The game WILL be on NFL network Tuesday at 9:30 so at least you can see it then. It was a great game...first time in a long time where I saw Tom Brady squirming on the sideline because he couldn't get back on the field. :towel:

So did you see the quintuple reverse to Max Starks? It went like 99 yards for a touchdown but was called back because Willie Colon lined up off the line of scrimmage, so it didn't make the highlights or papers. I think the NFL burns footage of penalized plays like they do Patriots evidence, so you really had to see it live. So didja see it??

Trade ya. I don't have snow yet in the Chicago area, but its coming. I drive an 18-wheeler for a living and will have to drive 430 miles a night, 5 nights a week, when that white stuff does arrive.

It's called DirecTV. You are your own cable company. I dropped the lousy cable company back in 1998 and have not missed a beat. When I lived in Mass and we had a big snowstorm, just went out and brushed off this dish and that was it.

With the Sunday Ticked I get to watch all the games, and the ticket was free this year to boot.

Dump the retarded cable company and move to DirecTV where you are your own cable company. But do not mount the dish on your roof!

rutan aka, living large in the south. No snow down here unless I watch the Weather Channel. Enjoy!
