I feel a dramatic turn coming!

I know right now we're struggling on the road and are shooting our toes off at times but I see a silver lining at the end of this dark tunnel. How many times in the past have we had people question what we are capable of only to prove them wrong everytime. People may fall in love with how other teams do this or that a different way than the Steelers do it and that's fine but I think with what we still have to work with talent wise we will be able to get it done. I feel with the way we've lost some close games, close games which means we've been in everyone we've played this year that we can cut down on some of the dumb penalties and oddly we're not really turning the ball over that much so far although I'd give a million bucks to have that one bad throw Ben made back in our last game. People can knock our coaches and so forth but even when Cowher was here he would have a bad year once in a while. Are the coaches we have perfect? Far from it but I'll trust a staff that has guided us to a Super Bowl title, a runner-up finish in our last title trip and a 12-4 mark last year. Injuries are hurting us for sure but I think the playing time some of the other guys are getting will significantly help us down the road. We still have yet to play a division game and I think once we take the field in Cincinnati on Sunday you're going to see the Steelers team that you're accustomed to seeing. I truly feel our rally will start then and one at a time we will take care of business Steeler style! Our 2-3 record can't be changed because those games are over now but let these guys stew over the loss last Thursday night and I bet you Harrison and company are gonna make the Bengals feel the pain! I've been watching my beloved Steelers for years and like all of you I feel terrible everytime we lose a game but I also know just that, they're the Pittsburgh Steelers and I'd quit watching football all together before I'd jump ship! Believe in the Burgh, our rally starts Sunday! Have a good one Steeler Nation, just thought I'd get a little venting off my chest!

I truly admire your enthusiasm and I wish I could feel as upbeat and confident as you sound here in your post. I just dont. I am and will always be a Steeler fan, but I am borderline depressed on how our season has gone so far....and actually how it ended last year

 

It's been a tough year for some past good teams in the NFL. Patriots are 3-3 with a healthy Brady, Packers are 3-3 and looked horrible up until last night. Saints are 1-4. Gaints didn't even look good till they throttled the 49ers yesterday. So here the the Steelers are at 2-3, if the managed the games better they should easily be 4-1. Bad part is the teams we have played aren't really good teams.
