We are banged up beyond belief, playing in their house, while they are healthy compared to last time. Only way I see us winning(especially without Brown), establish the run game, stop theirs, and rough up whatever qb is back there. If we win this game there is no question about Steelers mental toughness.

May God drop the temperature when Manning is on the field, like the water that poured on AJ lol.

I don;t know what the most points scored by the broncos at home but what ever it is add 10pts to that score because it's going to be a blowout if ben, brown and william's can't play

I think our defense can keep it close...I just think if Brown is out and Ben is limited the Bronco's defense is going to cause turnovers and that will kill us. If we can win the turnover battle, we can win the game. It's just a tall order given how banged up we are. You know Denver is coming for ben. One fall on that shoulder likely ends his night.

I'm going to be in Jamaica for the game. I'm just praying the resort has the game on so I can watch while pounding fruity drinks and a marley.

Our Defense can keep it close but if they're going to be on the dam field the entire game because of all the three and outs with Jones at the helm its going to be tuff

Blake is going to be the problem. Manning is going right after him.. I guarantee it.

The D is probably going to need to score a TD or two if Ben is limited and Brown and Williams are out. We pretty much need a Manning meltdown if those guys are all limited/out. Ronnie Hillman is prone to fumbling, and our guys are good at forcing fumbles.. So there's that opportunity as well.

I feel if we get nationwide is not on his side manning, we have a chance. Thing is when does the coach put the backup in?

If Brown, Ben and DWill are all out I hope it snows 2 1/2 feet in the 3 hour game span. It will be our only chance of winning.

It had to be more of an upset when we got tebowed so I think we got a good chance.

I'd imagine he will be on a short leash. Osweiler hasn't played very well lately though, and is probably still a bit banged up. There was a reason he was benched. Regardless of who is playing QB, the Steelers D are going to need to make some splash plays.

    Obviously. Next man up.

Defense will have to win the game. I wanna say they won the Bengals game on Saturday but lets be honest... the defense allowed the Bengals the opportunity to beat them selves. So I think this will have to be the best defensive performance of the season for us to beat the Bengals. I just hope Tomlin and Co don't think Peyton is going to be anywhere near as bad as McCarron. We cannot let Blake lose this game. We have to do something to cover up his inability to cover a WR. Peyton will be throwing deep balls on Blake.

posted by someone on a Broncos forum about OZ:

"I think Osweiler is more injured than we knew. I just read in an interview that he has bruised ribs, partially separated shoulder and an elbow injury on his throwing arm plus the sprained MCL. When asked to clarify the injuries Kubiak simply stated he didn't have to provide an injury report as we aren't playing this week. He was held out of practice and they will proceed as the injuries dictate. Sounds like he is pretty banged up right now but a 10 day break should help."

make that 3 banged up QB's for this game. Lets do this

Peyton manning is coming off his worst season ever. He is 11-13 in the playoffs, 0-4 below 40, and just coming off a big injury. Ben is 4-0 in division round. Temps high will be 39 but around 20. Rust might be a factor. This sounds like a low scoring game. I am optimistically nervous...

Assuming Mannings hands are not numb.. Remember he has some issues with his throwing hand

Big Ben also has torn ligaments in his throwing shoulder. I'm usually an optimist but man the Steelers got shafted by Burfict.

I just read that. Got that gut sinking moment... even if by some miraculous thing happening and us winning, doesn't look good going forward. **** Burfict, killed us in the end.

TTF said that sprains are torn ligaments, so hopefully it's just the media trying to stretch things out like usual.

yeah just read that. Looked up the injury online, if he has a grade 1 he should be ok. Pump him up with some drugs. Thing is 1 bad landing and he is done. Similar to Romo's case.

Based on the protection Ben was getting against the Bengals I expect the O-line to play their collective hearts out

I'm curious as to why they won't release the grade. Could be good or bad!
