Krapanick will throw and run all over our defence and Vernon Davis will have a field day

    Prepare for 0-2

Funny. I see a royal stomping heading SF's way.

Wait, what? That doesn't sound like you at all, man. Don't let last night's loss get you down. Where's that Real Steel optimism we've all grown accustomed to?

Vernon Davis is no where near the player Gronk is and Kapernick is not Tom Brady. The Steelers left 13 points off the board last night and maybe more.

Yes it's a home game. I'll be there so I don't care what Flex Seal says, we will win.
I'll be at the Rams game the next week and we will win that too. Mark it down.

Another dimension for this swiss cheese defense to worry about, a good running QB, when Kap isnt running through it he will be picking it apart, i'll watch the niners play against the vikes monday night who by the way has a good defense and see how the niners stack up before they play us, but I dont have a good feeling about this game after this lousy performance.....

Hmmmmm, 2 TD's instead of missed field goals by Scooby Do and another TD instead of 3 and let me get the calculator, that's 21 points...

A win and everyone is talking Super Bowl. The Defense is the Achilles but I believe they will get better. This one was on the O.

    Kaperjunk is overrated. GO Steelers....

Despite the sometimes laughable defensive efforts, I'm quietly confident.

SF on paper looks to be amongst the weaker teams in the league. And the Steelers do have a tendency to play to the level of their competition. However, if we lose this game, I see a ton of lemmings jumping off a cliff...including myself.

Yeah, people think our issues are bad. I can't remember a team going through so much turnover in one offseason than the 49ers just did. We have the horses to spy Kap and cover Davis, and while Bowman is all-world at LB for them, he can't do it all. May not be a blowout but we should do well.

Steelers by 7 but don't think for a second that the Steelers D will stop Kap "isn't that good" ernick. To win our offense is going to need to score at least 30. We always play down to our competition and well our D stinks right now. Hopefully Butler is kicking them in their asses this week and they will perform. We shall see...

I like our chances - especially when the team watches game film and sees how much they were in the game against the Pats in spite of themselves but just blew numerous easy chances to catch up or pull ahead. Just think - Williams and OC will have another week of prep to develop a few new wrinkles (not gadget plays!!!!). That Pats fumble at the goal line though quickly reminds us all how we'll miss Troy and his 360 vision - I can see him scooping that up and sprinting 99 yds the other way. Oh well. We need universal positive mental attitude at Heinz Field and across the airwaves a week from this Sunday. Any chance of that?

18 points...I think your calculator is malfunctioning. Anyhow, suggesting each FGA should/could have been a TD is a bit of a stretch. I'll give you one, since they had 6 cracks inside the 5...

Aye. If I was Tomlin, I'd be stopping each play they look at and calling out the secondary to explain their assignment. Then most of the week of more of the same with Lake. That problem needs fixing asap.

They also need to notice how on the last Gronk TD, Garvin was desparately signalling for a timeout,. Ok, he should be able to cover a TE, but that's another communication breakdown that potentially cost us dear.
