If Ben plays I see a Steelers win. Plus it's December and we will unleash He×× per Tomlin.

I didn't have a good feeling last week about the Seattle game, that's why I bet against the Steelers to win even with the 4 points. If Ben plays I do have a good feeling about the Colts game. I haven't looked at the spread yet but unless it is way off I'll probably bet the Steelers to win fairly heavy. We only need to win 3 of the next 5 games to probably get into the playoffs. Winning 4 of the 5 puts us in for sure IMO. If we get in and someone sends Tomlin some smart pills and someone kicks the defense in the a$$, who knows what can happen. I still have faith they can get into he playoffs and be very tough to beat, especially if they quit beating themselves.

After watching them choke on the road yesterday you actually think they can make any noise on the road as a 6 seed, I dont think so, i'm not sure they can win 3 games to make it into the playoffs to begin with, this season hasn't been anything but bad vibes since it began with game one................

It won't be easy but strange things can happen. They have some talent and if for whatever reason they start playing to their level of talent who knows. We know the injury bug still happens on a weekly basis, So if we finally escape more serious injuries and a coupe of teams get hit with injuries it will level the playing field somewhat.
We played in the most hostile environment yesterday and without MT trying to be cute, fewer interceptions and the thing they call Blake not in the game we could and should have won. The odds are against us doing it but that is what creates betting opportunities. If Ben misses a game or two all bets are off. I don't think Jones can get it done.
Maybe the fact I have $1,000.00 on the Steelers at 25-1 to win the SB and $1,000.00 on them winning over 8 games helps me believe they can finally get this straightened away and play more near their capabilities. At least what I think their capabilities are.

Kind of hard to have a good feeling about us beating anyone right now.

It took us giving the momentum and eventually the game away to a Superbowl caliber team. Those boyz know how to play defense and got lit up for over 500yds of offense. It was just a matter of time with Wilson. Indy is not in the same league as the seahawks, but we are!

Yep. If you take the first half performance, and better adjustments to their HT adjustments, we were still in the Seattle game until Ben went out.

If the Steelers don't win this game they are going to have a very hard time making the playoffs. The Steelers gotta get this win with both Cincy and Denver up next. You can't afford to fall to 3-5 in the conference either.

If we can score early and often we can win ....This Team has to be a front runner, no one expects this D to make critical stops and crunch time ...We need a 3 or 4 score lead ...

Yeah I don't really feel good about any of the remaining games this season...including Ravens and Browns.

I feel our defense is coming apart at the seams.

Tuitt, Shazier, Allen, Timmons, and Harrison all started the year great and have since trailed off.

    I just don't know anymore.
It used to be, "As long as we have Ben, we have a chance." But now it's more like, "As long as we have Ben, and Tomlin don't make any stupid decisions, & the refs are consistent, and our receivers catch the ball, & as long as our secondary can cover & make tackles, we have a chance."
We can beat ANY TEAM in this league- if we didn't have to go against them, in some cases the refs, & ourselves. We're our biggest enemy & have been for a while now.
As long as there's a tiny chance we'll get into the playoffs, I'll be hoping against hope that we get in. Some of those guys- DeAngelo, Ben, Cam.... They deserve it. Also, we're running out of time. Who knows how many good years Ben has left.
As a fan, I'm emotionally drained. I can only imagine how the players must feel!

If we can get the defense we had from week 1 to 9. I like our chances with anybody.

If we get the one from the last 3 games. We are in trouble.

Raiders gave everyone a blue print, and we haven't stopped the pass since.

As long as Ben is able to play we should be okay by at least a touchdown IMO.

The line went down to 6.5. At 7 I would not have bet it heavy because of a potential push and 7 is a lot to give. At 6.5 I got on it without any hesitation. If Ben plays I think we are good, without him not so much. I still think they get to the playoffs but unless Tomlin and the secondary get their heads out of their backsides, winning #7 is very questionable IMO.

This team is jekyl and hyde. It all falls on 3 things in this order. Ben, defense, Tomlin. If Ben is on his A game we usually win despite Tomlin's calls and our defense giving up plays. If Ben is on his A game, defense steps up, and Tomlin stays out of the way we are unstoppable. This team can beat anyone and lose to anyone. Winning games in a row are an anamoly to this team, just doesn't happen lol.

I couldn't agree more. We need to run the ball early to setup killshots later, I believe we have best wr core on the planet.
