I am confused, so the question is what is a good win?

Ross has a point, but he's an idiot. I really dislike his show. He gives callers about 5 seconds and then cuts them off

A good win against a sub-par team would be to control the game. To me the first half was good. they dominated by winning on 3rd down. Yet it was still disappointing in that they did not put them away by scoring TD's. The TD they did score was pretty lucky to not have the half ending 6-0. The second half the offense was outscored by the browns. and the browns were within one score into the 4th. That is not good.

On the plus side they came out of the game healthy. That is good

Now a win against Indy will help the mood and show they have things back in the right direction.

 

The Steelers dont have to hope for any other team in another division to lose in order for them to win our division. The Steelers are 100% in control of their own destiny. win and they are in!!!

 

Teams sometimes need confidence. We beat indy and things will look up. Go from there. Lose to indy and well, fire tomlin and fire colbert, jason garret, fire yourself etc

We won...well chew on it until Thursday evening when we play the Colts and get a win then will chew on some Turkey leg at midfield after the game. Then will own it, that we are headed in the right direction.Go Steelers

A Steelers win.

 

I also predicted we would be 4-3 at the bye and I was right about that. I've also predicted that 8-8 is this team's ceiling. Nothing I've seen over the past month has convinced me the Steelers will do any better. I'll be the first to admit that I was wrong... should they win the division and get a home playoff game. IMO, it's not going to happen because the Ravens will probably end up with a better record when it's all said and done. Ravens have a much better defense at this point and a good defense is what matters most in December and January.

 

It doesn't matter if you win by one point or thirty points, it will still count as a win

 

Playing Miami on the road is no gimme, they have won 5 games in a row and are in playoff contention.
