Take the sample Wonderlic test and find out.

I took the short one and scored a 34 the same as Eli Manning. Took the full 12 minute test a few days later and scored a 31, a little smarter than Philip Rivers. Average NFL players score a 20 and the site breaks down by position.

I took the quick one and scored the same as Andrew Luck. 37. I have to say though, there's a Wonderlic in a book I have laying around, and it was a helluva lot easier than that. It's pretty old, but from what I understand they haven't changed much. I have to wonder how close that is. Now I know why Frank Gore only got a 6.

Scored a 37 on the long. Lost time scrambling for paper. Didn't expect to need to work math out. :lolol:

edit: maybe accurate anyway. Scored a 37 on the short also.

Yeah I've not really got to take it yet. I was looking over it and my wife came in and started talking to me and I just turned it off and then it said "you got a 5. Morris Claiborne got a 4." But he took the whole thing and I took like 2 minutes! LOL!!! I still didn't get some of the questions though. I mean I didn't even understand what they were asking. Somewhere Morris Claiborne is dying for me to take this test! LOL!

Wow... Don`t take tests drunk... (Or stoned, rb`s..)...
I was about a 3.8 gpa high school student.
    Never went to college...
Maybe that would have helped. Or taking the test, straight outta high school...
Ashamed to admit, that with my impaired reaction time, at the moment, I didnt complete 25 of 50 questions, in 2 attempts, at the full test, and scored a 12, and a 13....
Guess I shouldn`t laugh so hard at the "big, dumb, jocks"...
    That wasn`t easy.
I can see why they score lower than I would expect.
    Ouch.

I saw this thing where they were teaching NFL prospects to deal with the media and they got them in a room and said "spell pots backwards 3 times as fast as you can" and they did and then they said "what do you do when you come to a greenlight". They were just teaching them to pay attention. I bet these questions would be a lot easier without the clock. Maybe Tomlin done bad on this test and that explains our clock management? LOL.

Yeah wasn't ready for the long math stuff. If it wasn't clear to me right away, I either guessed or put in any number just to move on to the next question. Not sure if this was a good strategy or not because I don't know how it is scored. Is it better to answer more questions even if they are wrong, or is should you concentrate on getting everything right even if it means you only answer 15-20 questions?

I did take the short one immediately after taking the long one (and a few days after first taking the short one) and due to familiarity with the questions was able to complete them all in the 3:36 and scored a tainted 40. So repeatedly taking it does have a big impact. It help Vince Young. :lolol:

Being drunk easily cuts your score by two thirds. Be proud :smiley1:. Maybe we should all try this again when we are loaded and see what we get?

Only had time for the short so far, but I ran out of time and didn't get to answer the last 2 questions. Got a 34, same as Ryan Tannehill.

Only finished 27 questions because of my slow as anything work computer (1.7 d/l, .27 u/l). Got a 17. Going to try to take the short test.
Oh, it compared me to ARE as to who also got a 17. He had a longer than average career, I guess that's not too bad.

The REAL question that I have for you guys is are you smarter than a 5th grader? If not, you might be a redneck.

I'm afraid to take it. I am getting old and I might not want to know.

No worries. The last time I took any kind of generalized test was my ASVABs 24 years ago. Probably would have crushed the Wonderlic back then. I'm just glad I beat Kordell's score. ;)
