You do realize Kenny will be a 25-year-old man when the season starts, not a 21-year-old kid fresh out of college.

Huge difference on asking 21-year-old kid out of college to put on some weight in the offseason, then asking Kenny to do the same.

With Ben every year the question always was did Ben finally get into shape this offseason, and if so, how much weight did he lose. :)

Do they have work outs to bulk up one’s hands? I’ve never heard of those but if they exist Kenny needs to get on it. The man has the hands of a 3 year old toddler.

He can probably use another 5-10 pounds on his frame.

Yo do realize that from 25 to 30 you can put on alot of muscle? Or maybe you don't. Regardless, he said himself that he was going to put on some bulk in the offseason.

2 things in Kenny;s future, find a glove that fits, inflate the ball to fit the new hand.

That answer was kind of strange. The body does reach maturity at a certain point, but one can still add muscle and tone even in later years.

Different sport but remember when David Duval tried to bulk up to be like tiger. Ruined his golf game and never was the same again. Flexibility and range of motion is key. Now having said all that he always seems on the verge of an injury when he takes a hit. Just his body language. Could be all optics to my eyes but I'm always cringing when he takes some of the hits he does.

Pickett said, himself, that this offseason he's going to add some weight. I'd say 10 lbs of lower body muscle could go a long way.
