How many times will we see the "Hit" to Rudolph Monday Night?

I'll go with seven from pregame to post game.

Sound about right or am I overplaying it?

Roughly 10 to 12 for me. Assuming Pittsburgh allows to let Miami hang around, 13 to 17 then. If the game is over by halftime, 6 to 9.

 

I guess I fit into your over by halftime category. I don't think it will be but I'm sticking to my guns. 7 or 8 tops.

 

I'm just waiting for rudolphs "the hit" to so and so and so and so and so and so and so... A lot! Ring it up Bing!!!

I started to think I was watching a bad episode of Duck Dynasty.

 

" Hey, You do know that Devlin was a top notch Duck caller"....." No way"...'Ya way, Here's the video" ( for the 100th time )

 

What's worse, seeing the replay multiple times or listening to Booger? I'd rather see the replay. Only wish is for a win and be able to watch it on TV while listening to it on radio.

On a serious note I really don't think we will see it all that much during the game. I think we will see it at least 10 times pre game but not much while the game is on. My reasoning is I think the NFL don't want that kind of look. They are trying to get this out of the game and they know Thomas should have been suspended and they don't want to open that up again for discussion......jmo.

 

Four. Two on the pregame show (same clip, different angles), one in the main broadcast pregame, and one one during our first possession.

 

I think it will be a healthy mix of showing and talking about the Rudolph hit, while reminding us multiple times about Hodges and duck calling.

And here's a bold prediction: All game long, Booger will try to say things that sound really impressive, but aren't.

It would be fun if he was saying things in a Tilt a whirl

 

If Rudolph has an off night and doesn't look very good out on the field, then you will see the replay over and over. The narrative will be that he still hasn't recovered from the hit.

 

If that's the case early then they need to break out the Duck call.

Just think if he somehow became the next Ben in the Burgh. It would be crazy duck stuff everywhere in the Burgh.

I think we'll see it once when the offense takes the field for the first time.

Unless, Mason takes another shot that knocks him out of the game. Then they might show a comparison.
