How Many Sacks Will Jason Worilds Have This Season?

even if worilds only gets 7-8 as long as it helps JJ get 10-12. heyward should be able to get more than he did last year which should help them both. I don't expect too many from our other DE's this year, but you never know.

we have a really good situation on paper right now, we should be able to exploit the offenses. pressure and make them throw quick which should play into the hands of our inside backers and troy. it doesn't have to be sacks and interceptions, I will take fumbles too. stop the run, make them one dimensional and that's where our speed will come into play. after a while not too many receivers will want to enter the death zone. this causes tipped balls and even ike could catch a couple of those.

 

Looks like 8 is the big prediction in this
small sample.If this holds true does that warrant
a 10 million dollar annual salary?

 

My think he needs a lot better than that for ten million, can the Steelers afford that? He might not be here long term

 

I think Worlids is capable of double digit sacks, it really is up to how healthy he stays.

Actually in a 3-4 defense we need both OLB's to have double digit sacks each year.

 

I don't see JJ getting double digit sacks though, Worilds between 10-12.
