While I don’t truly believe Chubb will have that much success my enthusiasm for this team is limited at best. We had 5 new defensive starters against SF and it will be 6 vs the browns. Couple that with big ken’s performance and I can easily see the game getting out of hand.

 

Just hope he doesn't rack up the yards like Dalvin Cook did a few years back. That was brutal. Never seen a Steelers D get gashed in the running game like that even in the 80's down years.

Seems like no matter how good we were at stopping the run back then...Jacksonville would seem to be able to run on us at times. Either with Taylor, or MJD.

Cooper now is questionable with a groin injury, so we got that going for us.

I was at that game at 3 Rivers. Kordell kept us close by running for 2 TD's but his passing let us down by throwing 2 picks and completing less than 50% of his throws.

 

No way Stefanski gives him 20 carries against the Steelers. In an odd way, Stefanski becomes our best weapon by not using his best weapon.

Hopefully, he says something about Tomlin wearing a hat and shades, so we can take it personal

 

We got the last laugh winning two superbowls since then while they’ve made the playoffs twice

 

Chub will rush for over 100. KP will light it up with 3 TD passes and scramble for another.

 

That's what I was writing about earlier on this thread. We have seen Stefanski get away from giving the ball to Chubb for no good reason in the past. Perhaps he will make that same mistake again. I'd much rather see them take their chances with the ball in Watson's hands.

You are absolutely correct, we couldnt stop the run to save our lives, yet Browns were throwing the ball and the game. Unreal

 

Fournette had a couple good games against the Steelers as well. Hated watching that.
