How many of you have given up on Kenny Pickett already?

They aren't elite against us. But they are against most other teams. Which puts us behind the 8 ball.

 

I`m about 90% giving up on him achieving AVERAGE starter status in the NFL (ranking him 13-20). If asked he can be a starter among the bottom quartile in the NFL (25-32) long term, then maybe up to 50% chance. Most likely he will gradually fall and become capable backup for most of his career.

At least if you are average and you have one hell of a team around you, you have a chance to go far. To win a Super Bowl nowadays almost certain to need elite skills, not just average and some luck like maybe Mahomes and near peers are injured.

Yea where is their superbowl? Since Josh Allen is so great. If I seemed to remember his first couple of years weren't real good, still turns ball over at amazing clip.

 

They are not the only team who struggle to beat the chiefs come playoffs time....Josh Allen has been great for the most part in the playoffs in his career.Like you can't blame him for their loss in KC in 2021 when they were up 36-33 with 13 seconds left....Or even in the last playoffs.....Not a shame to not be as great that Mahomes....It would been a another story if every playoffs game vs chiefs would been a blowout but this is not the case...

 

Maybe the real reason he skipped the bowl game is because he was afraid of shatting the bed.

Watson hasn't shown to be elite since he signed with the Browns, Burrow and Lamar seem to be injury prone.

Arthur Smith(OC), Ryan Tannehill(Vet backup mentor), and Aaron Brewer(Center) could fix some to a lot with this offense and be a big help for KP.
